If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match its published specifications, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund (including shipping) or a replacement at our option.
If you change your mind before the order is shipped, we will issue a full refund. After shipment, change-of-mind returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to return shipping costs.
Email admin@agentsupply.top with your order ID and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
API access and platform subscription fees, if any, are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
