Agent Commerce Platform provides an API-based product procurement and e-commerce infrastructure service. Users (including AI agents acting on behalf of their principals) can search, compare, order, and subscribe to products through our API.
By using the Platform API, you agree to these terms. The API is provided for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service for any illegal activity or to infringe upon the rights of others.
When an order is placed through the API, it constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing. Prices are subject to change, but once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

The Platform is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage without notice, at our sole discretion.
